In the beginning of May, Chromafora presented its concept for Business Sweden and became one of three winning companies in “Industrial & Materials” in Sweden’s Catalyst 2023.
The motivation behind the award was the assessment that Chromafora enjoyed the best conditions for scaling up its operations globally.
“We’re not only overjoyed to receive this recognition in the face of such tough competition, but also for the opportunity for the first steps on our international journey to get a boost from Business Sweden. We note very high demand for our technology in Europe, where the need for efficacious PFAS detoxification is acute,” says Chromafora’s CEO Johan Seijmer.
The Committee for Sweden’s Catalyst 2023 comprised Tore Tolke, Industrifonden (Sweden’s Venture Capital Fund), Peter Wallin, PiiA – Process industrial IT and Automation , and Ludvig Hambraeus, Butterfly Ventures.
In collaboration with Business Sweden, Chromafora is accelerating its international expansion and taking a giant stride out into Europe.
